News Network (Correspondent Guo Qian and Xing Lei) On October 15th, Office of Advisory Committee of Hubei Provincial Government issued the notice that “Research on the supporting system after the reform of supervision system” directed by the director of the Research Center of Development of Rule of Law and Judicial Reform and Hubei Research Institute of Strategic Development of Rule of Law (hereinafter referred to as the Center-Institute) Professor Xu Han Mingwon the bids as a key project, and “Research on the countermeasures for the promotion of the construction of the government ruled by law of Hubei province” directed by the researcher of Hubei Research Institute of Strategic Development of Rule of Law Zhang Xinbingwon the bids as a sponsored project.
“Research on the supporting system after the reform of supervision system” directed by Professor Xu Hanming, which won the bid as a key project (project number: HBZD-2017-12-3), conducted competitive research against the research group led by Professor Jiang Guohua of Wuhan University and the research group led by Professor Yu Chongsheng of Huazhong University of Science and Technology respectively and they all got independent sponsor as key topics. ZUEL had the corresponding capability and foundation of the research on the supporting system after the reform of supervision system. Ever since the deployment of the decision of the reform of supervision system made by central government, the “Center-Institute” had already completed some and continue to conduct the research on basic theories and application theories of the supporting system of the supervision system and made achievements of the Think Tanks of special advisory reports and series of academic articles. In June, 2017, a special topic was set for academic communication in “Society Ruled by Law·Changjiang International Forum 2017” hosted by the “Center-Institute”
“Research on the countermeasures for the promotion of the construction of the government ruled by law of Hubei province” (project number: HBZZ-2017-09), directed by Researcher Zhang Xinbing, will conduct the practical research on the promotion of modernization of governance system and governance capacity with scientific function, statutory rights and liabilities, strict and impartial enforcement of law, openness and fairness, honesty, efficiency and obeying the law as the general objectives of the construction of the government ruled by law.
It is learned that the annual procurement projects of Intellectual Property got approvals through strict procedures of project release and application and they were also approved by the provincial government. The research of the projects got started including 2 major projects, 12 key projects and 23 municipal projects and sponsored projects.
